When you arrive for your first appointment, you will be asked to return to us the pre-treatment information. This information is important as it may affect your treatment.
Your appointment has been reserved exclusively for you and we trust no changes will be necessary. Should you be delayed, please let us know when possible. We do our best to stay on schedule, and should we be delayed or need to change an appointment, we will contact you.
Consultations and treatment are by appointment only. If your initial treatment is complex or for several problems, a treatment plan will be presented. This will detail item numbers, appointments and costs involved. It is strongly recommended that the treatment plan be used to obtain quotes from your health fund before proceeding with treatment.
