Southern Dental Care was established in Mandurah by Dr Ross Pritchard in 1993. Since its inception, Southern Dental Care has expanded and relocated to the Southern Specialist Centre. To further our goals to service the people of the Peel Region, we have now completed a purpose built, state-of-the-art dental centre in Falcon.
Southern Dental Care is headed by a professional team of qualified dentists, an experienced therapist and a caring support team that provide quality dentistry services to all our patients. We strongly believe that preventive dental care along with rehabilitation is not a cost, but an investment in your future wellbeing. This motto has made us excel in the profession of dentistry within Western Australia.
Southern Dental Care offers services to all aspects of dentistry, including restorative, aesthetic, cosmetic and prosthetic solutions such as a dentures, mouthguards and night splints. We also have the provision of services at various hospitals for surgery requiring anaesthetic.

Staff Qualifications
Bianca is our acting Patient Liaison Manager, who you will most likely talk to first when seeing us at Southern Dental Care. She will welcome you at the front desk and will often answer our calls. Bianca will also assist in scheduling and future treatment needs.
One of our qualified dental nurses- Wendy, Kylie, Tanya or Monica - will accompany you to our treatment areas and will look after you during your visit.

Dr Ross Pritchard BD Sc.
Ross has 21 years experience in general dentistry and has a special interest in complex rehabilitation such as crowns, bridgework and implant dentistry. He is strongly committed in matching patient needs with the latest technology and research available. Ross is looking forward to presenting the new state of the art surgery at Falcon
Ross is an enthusiastic weekend yachtsman with the MOFSC. He enjoys time with his family and is often seen on the netball sidelines.
Dr Daniel Chan -BD Sc
Daniel Chan graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science with honors from UWA in 2005. He performs a broad range of general dentistry including cosmetics, with a special interest in preventive and minimally invasive treatment.
Alexandra Dreher
Alexandra Dreher has worked in Dental Industry of Austria, Liechtenstein and Germany since 1991. She is our Preventive Care Specialist and is committed to the treatment and prevention of Gum Diseases.
As a Solo Prophylaxis professional she practices treatment in oral health according to the latest European standards.
Dr Elvira Stender BDSc (Hons) (GRAD CERT Dent)
Elvira has lived and been part of the Mandurah community for the past 20 years. She completed a Bachelor of Dental Science at UWA with honours in 1999. Elvira enjoys all facets of dentistry but particularly enjoys treating patients who are scared or anxious. A gentle and caring touch can help make dental care actually enjoyable. However, sedation or general anaesthesia can be offered for those who need to "sleep" through their dental treatment. Elvira has been restoring and placing implants for a number of years and is currently extending her knowledge to provide the latest in this technology with an emphasis on sound treatment planning for the longterm and the placement of beautiful aesthetic teeth.
